Cancellation & Refunds

Crazyprints.in believes in customer care and helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy.

How do I cancel an order on Crazyprints.in?

If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order.

For outright cancellations by you:

-     If you cancel your order before your product has gone for printing, we will refund the entire amount.

If the cancellation is after your product has gone for printing or being shipped:

-    If your product is printed, it will be eligible for replacement, only in cases where there are defects found with the product.

Refunds policy:

We strive to provide the best quality and service to ensure complete satisfaction. However, if the customer chooses to return the merchandise, we accepts the return under the following conditions

-          Refund policy might not be applicable for certain products/categories. Read the product description for the details.

-          Personalized/customized products would only be returned in case of damage or the design completely different from ordered one.

-          There can be a little difference between the visual experience of the product to the actual product due to technicalities like LCD lighting and various printing schemes.

-          Products claiming refund must be returned in the same form and number as it is received. Tampered/used products are not accepted back.

-          Refund of shipping charges will not be done.

-          If you choose to self-ship the items we will not be responsible for the damage in commute.

The refund procedure will be initiated in 24 hours and the amount will be credited in your bank account.

Apart from condition reserved herein above, the following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement, viz:

• Any product that exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product;

• Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box, manuals, cables, and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery;

• Any product without a valid, readable, untampered serial number, including but not limited to products with missing, damaged, altered, or otherwise unreadable serial number;

• Any product from which the UPC (Universal Product Code) has been removed from its original packaging.
